Confocal microscopy is a cutting-edge, non-invasive imaging technique that allows exploration of the different layers of the cornea with cellular precision.
Unlike conventional exams, it acts as a real-time "optical biopsy," offering a resolution close to that of a laboratory microscope, performed directly on the patient's eye.
Amoebic keratitis

Endothelial anomalies
Incorrect eyelid position (turned outward or inward) causing irritation and tearing.
Aesthetic or functional eyelid surgery to correct a "tired" look and rejuvenate the appearance.
Drooping of the upper eyelid that can obstruct vision and requires surgical correction.
Regain clear and natural vision
A cataract is a clouding of the lens (the natural lens of the eye), leading to a progressive decrease in vision. It is generally related to age.
Cataract surgery is one of the most frequently performed and safest procedures in the world. It involves replacing the clouded lens with a custom artificial intraocular implant.
At the Louise Eye Center, we use cutting-edge technologies for minimally invasive, fast, painless surgery with optimal visual recovery.
Early detection and innovative treatments
Glaucoma is a chronic eye disease responsible for progressive loss of optic nerve fibers, often linked to elevated intraocular pressure.
As a silent disease, early diagnosis is crucial. We have latest-generation equipment for precise screening and rigorous follow-up (OCT, visual field).
Treatments: Besides classic medical treatments (eye drops), we offer laser treatments (SLT) and minimally invasive surgeries (MIGS), allowing eye pressure reduction with a high safety level and fast recovery.
Management of retinal diseases (diabetes, AMD, venous occlusions).
Micropulse Laser: Treatment of age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathies with state-of-the-art gentle, non-destructive technology, without burns or scars.
Navilas® Laser: Automated high-precision image-guided retina laser system (10x faster than conventional lasers). Allows computer-guided treatment with very high precision and optimal patient comfort.
Intravitreal Injections: Standard treatment for AMD, diabetic retinopathy, or venous occlusions.
Dry eye is a very common pathology affecting a large part of the population.
This complete assessment assisted by state-of-the-art equipment allows for analysis of tear quality and the health of the Meibomian glands.
Beyond rigorous diagnosis, Louise Eye Center offers innovative treatment solutions like IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatment to stimulate the Meibomian glands and effectively and durably relieve symptoms.
Fitting and monitoring of classic or specific contact lenses
This pathology is characterized by a progressive cone-shaped deformation of the cornea.
Treatment consists of fitting gas-permeable rigid lenses, designed to smooth the corneal surface and provide good visual acuity.
This technique relies on wearing specific lenses during sleep.
They reversibly reshape the corneal curvature, allowing the patient to go without optical correction (glasses, lenses) during the day.
